Email visualization depends on the email client (software residing in the computer of the person receiving the email), but not on the sender’s. Depending on the software, the client cannot visualize certain things such as html emails, or links are not allowed, etc. In the case of outlook, animated gifts are not accepted as from 2007 version (for security reasons).
