Sebastián Pincetti
holds a B.S. degree in IT from CAECE (Center for Advanced Science Studies University) and an MBA in Management and Strategic Marketing from UCES (Business and Social Sciences University). He became a partner at SRP Communication & Brand Design in 1992 and later co-founded SRP Interactive. Previously, he ran a technology company that provided support to top of the line companies. His main responsibilities at SRP include strategic planning, development and process improvement, e-business strategies and new business development. As a member of SRP, he applies his expertise in integrating corporate image with new technologies, which allows him to enable his clients to recognize the value of a brand, one of the major assets of a company and the key to its growth. Sebastian speaks English, Spanish and Italian.

Silvina Rodríguez Pícaro
holds a B.F.A. in graphic design from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), an M.S. in Corporate Communication Sciences from UCES (Business and Social Sciences University) and an MBA in Marketing from Universidad del Salvador and the State University of New York (SUNY). At an early age, she worked at the top design studios and advertising agencies of Buenos Aires and Sao Paulo. Her work has been recognized by numerous awards, including the Silver Pencil, highlighting her as the Designer of the Year in 1992, as the deemed by CAYC. Silvina co-founded SRP Communication Brand & Design and SRP Interactive, where she currently leads the design and communication team. Her style emphasizes contact with the client and attention to detail. Her expertise in Marketing Communications has allowed her to offer clients innovative and integrated solutions. Silvina speaks English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.
